Silver Age: Kundalini Chair Yoga

This workshop focuses on teaching Kundalini Yoga to older adults and individuals with mobility challenges. Stretching is a vital component of this practice, significantly increasing agility and flexibility in joints and muscles.
During the session, we will explore various warm-up exercises and discuss how to effectively structure classes for different mobility requirements. The workshop includes a full Kundalini Yoga class featuring adapted chair-seated and standing postures, followed by a gentle meditation.

About the teacher
Raghurai Singh has taught Kundalini Yoga at various centers, hospitals, and schools in London since 1999. He is a lead teacher trainer for Level 1 & 2 and runs the “Silver Age: Kundalini Chair Yoga” program with www.kundalinilounge.com, helping older adults improve their physical and mental health. He holds an MSc and works as a psychotherapist, supervisor, and Karam Kriya consultant. Additionally, he served as a GRDP volunteer and trustee from 2005 to 2021.
