About the teacher: Jagat Joti Kaur loves to share universal truths that with daily implementation water the human flower within us all through the teachings of Kundalini Yoga and Karam Kriya. Listening to and aligning with this sacred intelligence naturally brings our lives into balance. Practically speaking she works with people to deepen their life worth living through the creative application of yoga in work and home.

Jagat Joti Kaur set up a yoga and healing arts programme across various acute mental hospitals for staff, patients and the local community in 2008. She has always naturally been drawn into a conversation between the art of yoga and the yoga of art. She worked as a visual artist, photographer and designer before stepping into the full time role of a KY teacher. She is a Level 2 qualified Kundalini Yoga Teacher and student of Sacred Numerology through the Karam Kriya School and her teacher Shiv Charan Singh as well as a 550 hour Ayurveda Lifestyle and Nutrition Practitioner with the European Institute of Vedic Studies.
