Connect to the Infinite Source, Activate Your Inner Power

We would like to invite you to an extended class with Suhab Kaur on Monday 22nd January, exploring the numerology of the year with a special kriya and meditation to activate our connection to the Infinite, for purification and healing, and to help establish a flow of prosperity in our lives. This workshop will be streamed live online only.

The total sum of the numbers in the year 2024 is 8. In many cultures number 8 expresses infinity, the oceanic, and the double wheel of life or the clepsydra, connecting the finite with the infinite. In the Mul Mantra the 8th sound is ਅਕਾਲ ਮੂਰਤਿ (Akaal Moorat), the image of the Undying. Its gift, or virtue, is the all-embracing power of Compassion. In the human realm this power finds expression in the mother’s capacity to give unconditionally and nourish all children. In Kundalini Yoga, the mantra Sat Siri Akaal, one of our daily sadhana practices, allows us to tune into the vibration of the True, Great Infinite.

We will practice a kriya and an Ashtang mantra, a chant formed by 8 sounds, to balance the neuro-glandular system and unblock the energy channels, so you can expel guilt and grief, rejuvenate and heal. We will also practice Sat Siri Akaal to connect to the Source, feel the flow of the Infinite within, and open up to the bliss of prosperity.

Please book your tickets in advance.

And you can book your online ticket from here.

All monies raised will go to good causes and suggested donation is £4
