Guru Ram Das Ji

The name Guru Ram Das means ‘the servant of the all-pervading divinity’.

He feels a sense of community with all mankind and the pains of those isolated hearts yearning to open, as well as those that have been betrayed and broken. Aware of the pain and confusion that reigns in the place of true love he invites us to realise the possible human; a being of truth and service.

This is the fourth great teacher and master in the lineage of the Sikh tradition, Guru Ram Das.

From the beginning he grew up realising the value of serving the divine through serving humanity. Understanding that everyone had something to give he found ways to bring the best out of people.

Endowed with the throne of Raja Yoga he is the inspiration behind the practical path of a modern householders spirituality. One way in which this is brought into focus is through Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan, where the intention is not to collect students but to create teachers for the Aquarian age. Teachers who will inspire people to realise and enjoy the benefits of spiritual lifestyle through practical measures such as healthy diet, right balance of work, exercise and rest, as well as virtuous living and the practice of meditation.
