The workshop is open to all adults\, regardless of your level of yoga practice. So please come and join us for an uplifting\, heart opening experience. \nIn this workshop we will use powerful healing meditations with a focus on how the moon cycle and the full moon can help to release\, heal and rejuvenate ourselves.
