 Active practitioners and volunteers working with the GRDP include:

  • Raghurai Singh – teaches yoga for those living with HIV/AIDS and coordinates ‘One 4 the Heart’ meditation evenings.
  • Octavio Mancera Cedillo aka Shabad Deep Singh – our great administrative sevadar (volunteer) who assists in the office.
  • Ciara McElroy aka Jaikar Kaur - is our Keertan Coordinator, teaches yoga and supports various GRDP initiatives.
  • Jacqui Bunting- teaches yoga to women 50yrs+ at a community association.
  • Seva Simran Kaur – teaches yoga at a drop-in centre for the homeless as well as a class at a St.Mungo’s site.
  • Surinder Kaur – taught yoga at Foundation66, women in recovery from alcohol addiction and domestic violence – this class is being re-located to CASA in Islington.
  • Paul Upjohn – teaches yoga at a mental health centre and supports various initiatives. 
  • Shammi Shah – taught yoga at Broadway, Foulden Road, to people recovering from alcohol addiction and mental health issues – this class is being re-located.
  • Gurmail Singh – teaches yoga at the Sikh Missionary Society.
  • Rashpal Hayre – leads the GRDP Float at Nagar Keertan each year.
  • Samsakta - teaches at St.Mungo’s and the Terrence Higgins Trust HQ.
